How we cover a region this size
Most of our work is scheduled overnight, roughly between 11 PM and 4 AM, so kitchens are clean and dry before the next service. That changes the geography: at 1 AM the 401, the 407 and the 404 are empty, and a site in Oshawa or Burlington is not meaningfully further away than one in midtown.
We route by corridor rather than by postal code. If you manage several properties across different municipalities, we schedule them as one route instead of separate visits. That means fewer mobilisations, one point of contact, and one consolidated report rather than a stack of unrelated invoices.
Being outside the City of Toronto does not put you at the back of a queue. It just changes which night we come.
Toronto
Downtown and the Financial District, King West, Queen West, Liberty Village, the Entertainment District, Yorkville, Midtown and Yonge–Eglinton, Leslieville, the Danforth, the Beaches, the Junction and Bloor West Village, plus Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough, East York and York.
Toronto has the highest density of commercial kitchens in the country and the widest range of them, from single-hood cafés to hotel banquet kitchens running several rooftop fans. Restaurant clusters we work in regularly include the Entertainment District, Ossington, College West and the Danforth.
Kitchen hood cleaning in Toronto →

Caledon: Bolton, Caledon East, Mayfield West, Palgrave.
York Region
Vaughan →: Woodbridge, Concord, Maple, Thornhill, Kleinburg, Vellore Village, Patterson, and the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre and Highway 7 corridor.
Markham →: Unionville, Markham Village, Milliken, Cornell, Berczy Village, Cathedraltown, Buttonville, Greensborough, Markville, Commerce Valley and the Highway 7 corridor.

Durham Region

Durham's restaurant and institutional kitchen base has grown quickly along the 401 and around the Oshawa and Whitby waterfronts, and it is chronically underserved by NFPA 96 contractors willing to actually drive east. We will.
Halton Region
Oakville: Bronte, Kerr Village, Downtown Oakville, Winston Park and the Trafalgar corridor.
Burlington: Downtown, Aldershot, Appleby and the North Service Road industrial belt.
Milton: Downtown Milton and Derry Green Business Park.
Halton Hills: Georgetown and Acton.
What we do, wherever you are
NFPA 96 kitchen hood cleaning →: hood, plenum, ducts, rooftop fan and grease containment, cleaned to bare metal. Before-and-after photos and a written compliance certificate with every service.
Commercial pressure washing →: restaurant patios, drive-thru lanes, loading docks, dumpster pads, parking structures, building exteriors and storefronts.
Graffiti removal →: same-day response across the GTA, method matched to the substrate, plus anti-graffiti coatings for walls that get hit repeatedly.
Frequently asked questions about our service area
Do you charge more to come out to the outer edges of the GTA?
Travel is not a separate line item. What affects the price is the work: the size of the system, the condition it is in, how much access we need and when we can get in. A restaurant in Oshawa and a restaurant in Etobicoke with the same hood system and the same grease load get quoted the same way. Where distance does matter is scheduling: the further out a single small job sits, the more likely we will want to pair it with another job in that direction, which sometimes means a specific night rather than any night.
How fast can you get to my site?
For a free on-site evaluation, usually within a day or two anywhere in the GTA. For the work itself, most cleanings are scheduled overnight within the following week. Emergencies are different: a failed fire inspection, a health inspection re-visit, a graffiti hit on a storefront that needs to be gone before Monday. Call and say it is urgent and we will tell you honestly whether we can get there, rather than string you along.
Do you actually cover the whole GTA, or just the cities on this page?
The whole GTA. The cities listed here are the ones we are in most often, but the coverage is regional: Toronto, all of Peel, all of York, all of Durham and all of Halton. If your municipality is not named on this page, that is a page-writing gap, not a coverage gap. Call and ask.
Can you handle multiple locations in different cities on one contract?
Yes, and it is most of what we do for multi-site operators. Plaza portfolios, franchise groups, office towers, industrial parks. When one manager hands us several sites we schedule them as a route rather than as unrelated one-off visits, which cuts our time on the road and gives you a single point of contact, one schedule and one set of documentation instead of chasing five contractors.
Do you work overnight?
Yes. Most commercial hood cleaning and a lot of the pressure washing happens overnight or before opening, because that is the only way to do it properly without shutting you down. Restaurants get cleaned after close. Retail and office exteriors get done before staff arrive. Loading docks and warehouses get scheduled around shift changes. Tell us your operating hours at the walkthrough and we will build the schedule around them.
Are you insured to work on my property?
Yes, and we send the certificate before we show up rather than after you ask. Property managers and franchise head offices usually need it on file, so we treat it as part of onboarding rather than paperwork you have to chase.
What if my site is just outside the GTA?
Ask anyway. Places like Barrie, Guelph, Hamilton and Cambridge come up, and the answer depends on the size of the job and whether we already have work heading that way. We would rather tell you no clearly than take the job and give you a schedule we cannot keep.
Not sure whether we come to you?
We probably do. Call 647-749-0045 and you will speak with the owner, not a call centre. If a site genuinely sits outside what we can service properly, we will tell you rather than quote it and cancel later.
