How fast can you get to my property?
Same-day response across Toronto and the GTA in most cases. Speed matters more than method with graffiti: fresh paint has not yet cured into the substrate, so it lifts far more easily and with far less aggressive treatment. A tag removed within 48 hours usually comes off cleanly; the same tag left for a month may need abrasive work or a repaint.
Why does removing graffiti quickly matter so much?
Two reasons. Technically, uncured paint releases from the surface with milder chemistry and lower pressure, which means less risk to the substrate underneath. Practically, a tagged wall attracts more tagging. A property that gets cleaned within a day or two stops being a target, while one that sits marked for weeks becomes the neighbourhood's canvas.
Can you remove graffiti without damaging the surface underneath?
That's the whole job. Brick, natural stone, concrete, glass, metal, vinyl and painted surfaces each need different chemistry and different pressure, and porous masonry is the least forgiving of the lot. We identify the substrate first and match the method to it. Where a surface genuinely can't be restored, we'll say so rather than damaging it and calling it done.
Does the City of Toronto require me to remove graffiti?
Toronto's graffiti bylaw (Municipal Code Chapter 485) requires property owners to keep their property free of graffiti vandalism, and the City can issue a notice with a deadline to comply. Removing it promptly avoids that process entirely. Note that the bylaw distinguishes vandalism from approved graffiti art, so a commissioned mural is treated differently.
Do you use environmentally safe products?

Can you protect a wall that keeps getting tagged?
Yes, with an anti-graffiti coating. It's a sacrificial or permanent barrier that stops paint from bonding to the substrate, so future tags wash off rather than needing chemical removal. It's worth doing on any wall that's been hit more than twice. The repeat spots are almost always predictable.
Do you work with property managers on multiple buildings?
Yes. For portfolios we'll set up a standing arrangement so a tag anywhere in the portfolio triggers a response without a new approval each time. That's what keeps removal fast enough to matter, since the delay is usually approval, not scheduling.
Do you also do pressure washing and hood cleaning?
