Azzo Wash Co. is a commercial-only cleaning contractor working across Toronto, Peel, York, Durham and Halton. Three things: NFPA 96 kitchen exhaust cleaning for restaurants and institutional kitchens, pressure and soft washing for building exteriors, patios, loading docks and parking structures, and graffiti removal matched to the substrate it is sitting on.

Most of the work happens overnight, because that is the only way to clean a commercial kitchen or a drive-thru lane properly without shutting the business down. Every hood cleaning comes with before-and-after photo documentation and a written compliance certificate your insurer and fire inspector will accept. The paperwork is part of the job, not an extra you have to ask for.

We are owner-operated and fully insured, carrying $5M liability and WSIB coverage, and no client has failed a fire inspection on a system we clean. When a property manager hands us several sites across different municipalities, we schedule them as one route rather than unrelated visits, so you get one point of contact and one set of documentation.
